Who hires a Virtual Assistant?

How do I choose the tasks to delegate?

List the tasks that you need to complete, then identify the criteria that makes them ideal for delegation. You might also have routine tasks which you hate doing or tasks that take up too much of your time. Why not send them to us?

How flexible are your Virtual Assistant plans?

All our packages are designed to suit the needs of any type of client. This is why each plan comes with a month to month contract. You are able to change your packages from month to month.

Do I get a dedicated Virtual Assistant?

Yes! You will have an assistant that is available to you Monday through Friday, 9am to 8pm.

Do I have to train my Virtual Assistant?

Taking on a Virtual Assistant is like taking on a new employee into your business, so you’ll need to spend some time coaching your Virtual Assistant on how would like your work completed. This may be as simple as a document with instructions, or an in depth Skype conversation.

How are my hours tracked?

We will keep a running total of your hours and send you a weekly report. You are also free to request a report at any time.

What happens if my package runs out?

You can either renew your package or you can opt for the hourly rate as and when you need work done.

Do my hours roll over from one month to the next?

No, we don’t. The simplicity of our contract makes them quite flexible allowing you to upgrade, downgrade, renew or even cancel the contract once the month ends.

How does the billing cycle work?

You are billed on the day that you sign up and then billed again every 30 days thereafter. For example, if you sign up on March 14, you will next be billed for your plan on April 14. If you upgrade your plan before the end of the 30 days, your billing period will reset from the day of the upgrade.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! Refer somebody to us and you’ll receive 3 free hours off your next package. Please contact us to let us know that you referred them to us.

Is there a registration fee?

No. Your monthly package fee is the only charge.

Are there any tasks that you don’t perform?

We don’t do anything that requires your banking details. We can do on-demand payments. using our payment provider though.
We don’t do sales calls, spam emailing, etc.
We don’t book flights, hotels or rental cars (we can get info & price quotes)
We don’t hire any handyman or household services (but we can arrange someone to assist you).

What happens if I wish to cancel my services?

You are free to cancel our services at anytime. Contact us to let us know. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for unused time.
